ATEGAI is a small saw to have put a minimum saw blade on a left side of a minute bamboo with the tack.
It attaches in parallel between the top and the rear end of the bow and it uses it for teeth of HABIKI-NOKO.

When teeth of a comb are sawed, ATEGAI applies a small sawing mark of depth 2-3mm at intervals that correspond to the thickness of teeth the right side.
It becomes a sign that shows the position in which this sawing mark saws the saw as follows.
